What is Bitcoin?

How long does it take for AxisBTC to send my Bitcoins once I've paid?

You’ll receive your Bitcoins immediately after your payment has been confirmed.

What’s your policy on international customers?

Depending on your country of residence, you may not be able to use all the functions of the site. It is your responsibility to follow those rules and laws in your country of residence and/or country from which you access this site and service.

What methods of payment does AxisBTC offer?

At this time, AxisBTC only allows the use of credit cards to purchase Bitcoin.

Which virtual currencies are available to purchase?

At this time we only sell Bitcoin.

Where can I get a Bitcoin wallet?

When you create your AxisBTC account you will automatically receive a free Bitcoin wallet. Feel free to store your Bitcoin in this wallet for as long as you need to.

Why must I provide my personal details?

To prevent fraud or money laundering, AxisBTC requires that every customer provide us with his or her full details.

Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?

Yes. Please log in and visit your ‘Buy Bitcoin’ screen to see what your current purchase limits are. If you would like to apply for a limit increase please send an e-mail to support@axisbtc.com. Include your full name and the the e-mail address that you used to register your account with.

Is there a limit to the number of purchases that i can make each day?

Yes. Each customer is allowed to make up to 5 purchases a day.

How do I activate my account?

Upon registering a new account, an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address that you used to register your account with. In the e-mail is a link that you’ll need to click on in order to activate your account.

If you cannot find the e-mail from support@axisbtc.com in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.

Will I be charged a fee to use your services?

You will not be charged a fee to store your bitcoin in your AxisBTC hot wallet. You will not be charged a fee to transfer your bitcoin to another address. We do pass on the processing and transaction fees that we are charged by our credit card processor. The fees will be included in the exchange rate that you are shown prior to buying bitcoin.
